3. Can I loose my salvation? Once a person has come to know Christ as their Lord and Saviour the Holy Spirit takes up residence in the believer (1 Cor 6:19). From the very moment of salvation, the Holy Spirit seals you... “with that Holy Spirit of promise.” (Eph 1:13) He proceeds then, at the very second of salvation, to preform a “spiritual circumcision” which cuts away the dead nature (flesh) from your living nature (spirit) and makes you “sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.” (Eph 2:6; Col 2:10-13) Because of these wonderful God appointed promises, every believer in Christ is eternally secure in Him.
