CookOne question that is always posed to me as I go door to door introducing our church to the public is, “Why does Santa Clarita need another church?” Let me say at the outset that this is a credible question that deserves a credible answer that most people would like answered. It seems that there are churches, practically, on every corner of the valley, with new ones popping up almost daily. Some of these churches have been around for years with beautiful buildings and faithful parishioners while others meet in schoolrooms and community centers, as property is harder to come by these days. However, the question still stands, “Why does Santa Clarita need another church?” Let me begin to answer this question by showing how our church differs, in at least three areas, from other churches in Santa Clarita.
